Time.

It is all about timing…

Let’s sit back and think about that one for a minute. Does it mean that everything in life has a time and a place?

Does it mean that the time must be right for something to happen?

Does it mean that a force bigger than ourselves has more to do with our decision-making and life paths than our individual daily strides toward becoming who we want to be?

Often times the phrase “it is all about timing” occurs during relationships. It is often said when a person thinks logically about what he/she has on his/her plate and what can be done without friction. If the person feels overwhelmed and the relationship in question is not quite worth it “at this time,” then it is all about timing.

But is there ever a right time? Is there ever a time that you just know it is right? It is the right moment, the right place, the right person, the right time of the day, the right time of the year….and the right time of your life?

Or do we using timing as an excuse to avoid the difficulties we might encounter by the timing? The things that might not work smoothly because at this time, not everything is completely in order….

So I ask, is timing what holds us back, or is it simply an excuse to take the easy road and avoid the challenges ahead? Maybe this isn’t the right time to discuss this…
